Refund policy

We want you to LOVE your purchase as much as we do at No Nasties Kids NZ and if for any reason you are not 100% happy and want to return it we will happily provide an exchange or refund (minus any shipping fees) for purchases returned within 30 days.  Here’s all you have to do:

1. Let us know there is a problem at info@nonastieskids.co.nz 
2. Return the goods to us in their original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase, at the cost of the purchaser.  
3. On receipt of the goods, we will complete the refund or exchange as agreed, return shipping is at the expense of the purchaser

Please note in order to receive a refund (minus shipping fees) the goods MUST be returned in original packaging and unused.

Sale items are a final sale and are unable to be returned unless faulty.

We will always meet our obligations required under the Consumer Guarantees Act to remedy any situation involving faulty or damaged items.

Gift vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

Please remember unless you are returning a faulty item any returns must be in original unused condition and original designer packaging must also be returned with your item.

Refunds will be credited back using the original payment method.

Proof of purchase will be required for all returns.
