WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MSF BRANDS LTD (NZBN 9429048906135) are the New Zealand manufacturers and owners of No Nasties Kids NZ.

Wholesale Pricing 

All prices are listed in NZD dollars and exclude delivery charges.

Payment Terms 

All orders are on a pro-forma basis and the order will be shipped once payment has cleared. Payment can be made via direct debit or PayPal.

Shipping

MSF Brands Ltd ship all wholesale orders within seven working days of receiving payment.  If there will be any delay we will be in touch.  If you require an urgent shipment please contact us directly at order@msfbrands.co.nz. 

Not happy with your order?

We are so confident that you will be happy with your No Nasties Kids order that we provide a full 7-day money back guarantee on all orders, subject to the entire order being returned in perfect condition within 7 days of receipt. Please email us within 48 hours to discuss and return shipping must be paid by the stockist.

Damages or Issues 

Please check all shipments immediately upon arrival and if there happens to be any issue at all, please contact info@msfbrands.co.nz within 48 hours of receipt of incorrect or damaged goods. Replacements or credit notes/refunds will be provided for damaged or incorrect items.
